How long galleries last: expiration and archiving

Free galleries are stored for 90 days after the event. Couple tier gets 12 months. Pro events get 12 months of active storage then auto-archive: archived galleries stay on your account and you can unarchive anytime while subscribed.

Guest downloads: letting (or blocking) guests from saving photos

By default, guests can download individual photos and videos from the gallery. You can turn this off on any event if you want a view-only experience, or turn it back on when you deliver the finished gallery to the couple.
